This Privacy Policy explains how AgentHero(“AgentHero”, “we”, “us”), a sales-agency and commission management platform operated by The Wolf Team, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
AgentHero is operated by The Wolf Team. For any privacy question or request you can reach us at support@thewolfteam.io. We act as the data controller for account and platform data, and as a data processor for the customer and commission records our business customers store in the Service on behalf of their own end users.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, agency, role, and login credentials.
- Business data you enter — agents, downline structure, clients, orders, commissions, payouts, clawbacks, and billing documents.
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device and browser type, and IP address, used to operate and secure the Service.
- Support data — messages and attachments you send us.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- Calculate commissions, ranks, and payouts you configure.
- Authenticate you and keep your account and data secure.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to train third-party advertising or marketing models.
4. How we share information
We share information only with: (a) service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, database, and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations; (b) other users within your own agency, according to the role and permission settings your administrator configures; and (c) authorities where required by law. We never share your data across separate customer accounts.
5. Data security
Access to your data is scoped to your agency and enforced at the database level (row-level security), so users can only read and write records belonging to their own agency and role. Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and administrative access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. On account closure we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@thewolfteam.io. If you are an end user whose data was entered by a business customer, please contact that business (the data controller) directly.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Policy.
9. Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service.
