Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AgentHero(the “Service”), a sales-agency and commission management platform operated by The Wolf Team(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
AgentHero provides tools to manage agents, downlines, clients, orders, commissions, ranks, payouts, and related business records. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and use the Service for legitimate business purposes only. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Your data & content
You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate and support the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the data you upload (including any personal data of your agents and clients) and for complying with applicable laws.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights using the Service.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other agencies or bypass access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service, or introduce malware.
- Use the Service to send spam or run unlawful schemes.
5. Commissions & financial figures
AgentHero calculates commissions, ranks, and payouts based on the rules and data you configure. These figures are tools to help you run your business; you are responsible for verifying them and for your own tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We are not a party to the arrangements between you and your agents or clients.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
7. Availability & support
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and may suspend access where necessary to protect the Service or comply with the law. Support is available at support@thewolfteam.io.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet all your requirements or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wolf Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date here and, where appropriate, notify you in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
